  3. Model – integrity, honesty, congruence between values and actions
  4. Metropolis – comraderie, collaboration
  5. Magnate – a culture of recognition and celebration
  6. Moderation – a culture that favors work-life balance
  7. Malleability – resilience, flexibility, tolerance to changing environments
  8. Mirror – healthy self esteem
  9. Microphone – assertiveness, willingness to “speak up” when needed
  10. Match – work-person fit, congruence between personality, interests, values, and the job
