| 1 | The team member who provided the team case sends everyone (via web-ct or by email) a copy of his/her case. Everyone must once again become familiar with the case. | |
| 2 | By a designated time/date (you all decide when) all team members must send to the group discussion on web-ct their answers to the following questions: : (1) Which "concepts" from the table (see left column) are likely to be present in this case? (2) Why? What have I heard or read that tells me that this is a problem? |

| 3 | The team member who provided the case reads all answers and clarifies the situation as/if needed. | |
| 4 | The team leader for this week's project puts everything together in a short paper about 3-paragraphs long and sends that to me. | |
