In nature, failure is highly tolerated and is, indeed, part of the change process. For instance, the authors remind us that one third of all pregnancies result in miscarriage.
The authors suggest that leaders should avoid becoming "wedded" to a solution prematurely. Instead, leaders should be ready to experiment with various solutions.
