What can you do?
As a Leader seeks to help his/her followers recognize an Adaptive Challenge he /she can:
  1. Identify the default interpretation and share it with the group.
  1. Help the group brainstorm alternative interpretations.
    1. Ask... what else could be going on? What else could be causing this? If this were not the cause of the problem, what else could be?
  1. Gather feedback on possible interpretations.
    1. Play the "devil's advocate." Attempt to refute your own ideas.
