View from the Balcony Part II: The Big Bong
One key lesson of the Big Bong is that a small part of a system does not make sense individually - it only makes sense combined with other parts.

Another key lesson is that when communications between parts of a system break down the whole system may break down.

  1. Think of a network or web - each piece of the network is connected to the other piece. Break one of those connections and the network fails to work!
  1. Think about it... what does that have to do with the experiences you had during the Big Bong simulation?
