Engagement & Personality Training

Engagement is a powerful combination of energy, focus, and enthusiasm that helps individuals be entirely present at work and reach their full potential. The phenomenon has been connected with lower turnover, higher commitment to the organization, better productivity, and stronger customer service. Because engagement is strongly related to work-person fit, we have incorporated personality testing and training in our engagement services.

We strongly recommend the Five Factor Model of Personality (a.k.a. “The Big Five”) and apply it to most of our leadership, team, Conversity® and engagement processes.
