If a frog is placed in a pot of boiling water, it will jump out. If a frog is placed in a pot of cold water that is slowly heated, the frog, because of the incremental change in temperature, will not notice that it is slowly being boiled and will not jump out.

Included in the price of every TEG workshop is a consulting meeting between a TEG consultant and the responsible HR professional. During this meeting we explore the results of the training session and make concrete follow up and reinforcement recommendations.

Most of our programs are developed around interesting “themes.” For instance, one of leadership programs is built around King Arthur’s court and participants are “Knights of the Round Table.” Theme-based training facilitates retention and helps with marketing and follow up activities.
We constantly seek innovative solutions to help our clients. For instance, we are developing a line of “mini modules” – these are 2-4 hour learning experiences that will get your point across effectively, efficiently, and yet in an engaging way.
