Mini Modules

Your employees’ time is valuable — and scarce. Our mini–modules are 2–4 hour intensive and interactive experiences targeting specific competencies within our specialty areas. Our objectives are:

  • Target specific competencies, helping you build a competency–based training catalog
  • Get to the point fast — but in a memorable and engaging way and
  • Give you the flexibility to use only the modules you need.

  • Positive Conflict — 3 hour (includes a discussion of “The Abilene Paradox” film and Best practices in conflict resolution) 
  • Becoming a Conversity® Master — 2–4 hours (cultural and personality diversity)
  • Personality & Influence — Team Version — 4 hour
