Cristina de Mello e Souza Wildermuth, M.Ed.

Passion defines much of who Cris is and how she approaches her work.  Currently a professor at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, Cris brings passion, energy, and a deep love for learning and teaching to her classroom. 

Dr. Wildermuth's job at The Effectiveness Group involves two key parts of the puzzle: research and design.  As a researcher, she is in charge of ensuring that the content of the programs are sound and based on actual research findings. ( read more...)

An Executive Partner and the Creative Director of The Effectiveness Group, Mel is a dynamic speaker and a highly creative instructional designer, having developed numerous “theme–based” training programs and simulations in leadership, engagement, diversity, and team building. He is a certified Rhythm Circle Facilitator and a Master Trainer in the Five Factor Model of personality.

Lori Burke

Lori is Operations Manager for The Effectiveness Group. Lori's job is to make sure that TEG's programs are finished, produced, and delivered.  Lori searches for new materials, finalizes our products, and takes care of our customers with grace and professionalism.  She is also in charge of accounting, data controlling, and general administration and management. She assists in making key decisions within TEG. She has been trained in the WorkPlace Big Five and does executive coaching. Maria Garaitonandia has over 15 years experience in positions involving intercultural issues in management, customer service, and education in both Mexico and the United States.
