DR. PIERCE HOWARD

Dr. Pierce Howard is the Managing Director, Research and Development for the Center for Applied Cognitive Studies.  He is the author of The Owner's Manual for the Brain and The Owner's Guide for Personality at Word and is currently working on a book on Happiness.

In this interview conducted by Tabby Hindeacher, graduate student at Drake University's Adult Learning and Organizational Performance Master's Program, Dr. Pierce Howard discusses the importance of personality in the workplace, and the impact of personality on self-coaching processes.
