POLARIS
Polaris is a lively and flexible training workshop designed to help employees better understand engagement. The program can be structured to run three or six hours, depending on time availability and interest in-depth engagement discussions. The main objective of Polaris is to introduce the engagement phenomenon to all organizational members. Thus, while the program is particularly useful for leaders of all levels, it can also be valuable for employees in general.
The program features a “space exploration theme” and a lively simulation that mimics the dangers of disengagement. Participants “become” the crew of the Polaris spaceship. Its mission is to explore a new space colony designed to save the human race.
