ENGAGING LEADERS

The Meaningful Leader®
This program introduces leaders to key competencies related to employee engagement: building connections, developing others, and inspiring meaning. We recommend adding to the program personality and 180-degree competency assessments including engagement questions. The program may be conducted in a three-day workshop or in multiple two- to three-hour sessions. CLICK HERE for additional information. 

The Leadership Challenge
This three-day program is based on Kouzes and Posner's seminal book and designed for seasoned leaders. Topics include leadership and integrity, personality, building a vision and recognizing contributions of followers. 

Leadership Connections
This two-day program is designed for those making the "passage" from individual contributors to supervisors. Topics include self-awareness, personality, and leading diverse teams. As participants prepare a city to host the Olympic Games they must select a team, build the facilities, and manage inevitable problems that arise.

ENGAGING TEAMS

Polaris
This flexible program can be structured to run three or six hours. Its main objective is to introduce the engagement phenomenon to all organizational members.  The program features a “space exploration theme” and a lively simulation that mimics the dangers of disengagement. 

Global Intelligence Agency
This lively one- to two-day team adventure is inserted in a "spy" atmosphere.  Topics include respect for diversity, cooperation, communications, trust, innovation, and a culture of service. Participants are “secret intelligence agents” who must conquer challenging team missions in order to earn the “Global Intelligence Agency” badge.

Conversity​®
​A culture of respect and inclusion is a vital component of employee engagement.  Unfortunately, many diversity and inclusion programs may cause harm, focusing excessively on negative concepts (i.e., prejudice, discrimination, litigation) and failing to foster human connections. CLICK HERE for additional information on our philosophy and for our Conversity®​ training programs.
